14 Knights and wives representing our Council climbed out of bed early and went to Robert, La. to feed people in need of hot meals. The pots were set up at Robert Super Market and 200+ meals were distributed from our Council tents. Jambalaya was the highlight of the meal which also contained salad and a roll. The recipients of the meals were very thankful. The Council also supported the Robert Supermarket which was also inundated with flood, by purchasing the needed food to prepare the meal. The staff of the store was also fed.
