St Peter's was th location of the Council's Quarterly Communion and Installation. Very large turnout of families who enjoyed those hand-made meat'-d-balls from Di' Christina's served with spicy red gravy, Crawfish buried in their own Pasta farm. Pasta and Cheese...No 'body's got a better long noodle pasta with cheese. Italian Salad dressing dripping from the lettuce leaves, warm, garlic bread loaded with Parmesan cheese absorbing the fresh olive oil. Made ya Hungry?? Wait for dessert!
Oversized, drippy, iced muffins for those who were to timid to try some of the 40 pounds of Bread Pudding and the Gallons of Rum Sauce served by the cup full.
